Overview

The Program Manager will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the Special Operations Command Consolidate Service Desk.  Knowledge of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission and objectives required.

 

The Program Manager will be based in Tampa FL and serve as the single point of contact for the work performed under this Task Order, including work performed by subcontractors.

 

The Program Manager will oversee a team of 58+ staff members for the Consolidated Service Desk (Tier0+).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting Service Desk Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for issue resolution working with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Government Management Staff
  • Responsible for convening monthly Task Order Activity and Status Meeting with the applicable Government stakeholders.
  • Responsible for convening weekly meetings with the AAST/TMR Management Team, staff, and subcontractors
  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of reports and contract deliverables
  • Responsible for Team Building and developing a positive team (Retention Rate)

Qualifications

  • ITIL/ITSM (IT Service Management) knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years of recent Remedy Service Manager application experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Certification:  IAT level I - Security+ (preferred) or A+ or Network+.
