  • Overview

    Minimum Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience with Information Security
    • 4+ years of experience performing penetration testing
    • 4+ years of experience performing cyber red teaming and blue teaming assessments
    • Understanding of Perimeter Defense, password cracking, firewall evasion, intrusion detection, obtaining the flag
    • Experience with network security audits
    • Knowledge of Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) infrastructure
    • Experience with the latest hacking toolkits to perform a covert attack
    • Recent experience with Incident Response and Vulnerability Management
    • Experience with Windows10 in a virtual environment, Cyber Red Teaming, Cyber Blue Teaming, White Cells, ArcSight, HBSS, Retina, Websense, Cyber Forensics, Cloud Computing, ICS/SCADA Security, Malware Analysis or Command Cyber Readiness Inspections



    Provide Penetration Testers support services to conduct a vulnerability assessment and analysis cyber red team test of the targeted environment using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tools or customized assessment products and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to support DLA enterprise IA architecture. The vulnerability testing and assessment shall be in accordance with NIST SP 800-115 and NIST 800-30 guidelines. Help design the vulnerability assessment and analysis based on the NIST 800-30 Guide for Conducting Risk Assessments


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
    • IAT II and CND-IR certifications required at time of proposal submission.
    • IAT Level II certification
      • OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional
      • GPEN - GIAC Certified Penetration Tester
      • CEPT - Certified Expert Penetration Tester
    • CND-IR certification
      • GCIH – GIAC Certified Incident Handler
