- Seven (7) years of experience providing functional support during a full life-cycle Federal financial system implementation project utilizing Oracle Release 11i and/or Oracle Release 12.
- Experience with Oracle Federal Financials systems modules, the Oracle Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) module, and related Federal business processes and the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL)
- Experience managing a team of resources supporting financial system implementation
- Experience with developing functional and technical specifications
- Experience with developing business process documentation
