- Ten (10) years of full lifecycle Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) and Federal Financial COTS package implementations interfacing with multiple application systems (asset, finance, contract, invoice)
- Demonstrated technical and functional knowledge and expertise utilizing and implementing Oracle Federal Financials modules and be able to lead meetings on Oracle functionality.
- Preferable that the experience includes migrating from OFF Release 11.5 to OFF Release 12.2.
- Preferable, understanding of DHS components.
