  • Responsibilities

    • Support to ease the transition from the current legacy financial solution to a new integrated financial, property management, and contracting solution.
    • Utilizing and relying heavily on the standard Oracle COTs product and related modules.
    • Reviewing the existing TSA Organization Change Management Plan, recommend modifications, and update/deliver the TSA Organizational Change Management Plan to incorporate agreed upon changes.
    • Development or revise and deliver consistently formatted Training Materials (instructor guides, course outline, hands on training exercises, student guides)
    • Collaborate with, and coordinate with, the functional support team as required to gather information necessary to plan for and execute any portion of the overall Organizational Change Management plan and all associated sub-plans (i.e. Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and/or Training).
    • Deliver training to up to approximately 1800 financial system users


    • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience managing organizational change management with an Oracle Federal Financials project
    • Experience with change management and communications planning, business process improvement, and training
    • Experience in preparing Training Material
    • Experience managing a team of resources supporting financial system
    • Experience developing and implementing Web Based training.
    • Experience developing Communications plans and Traning Schedules.
