- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing organizational change management with an Oracle Federal Financials project
- Experience with change management and communications planning, business process improvement, and training
- Experience in preparing Training Material
- Experience managing a team of resources supporting financial system
- Experience developing and implementing Web Based training.
- Experience developing Communications plans and Traning Schedules.
