  • Responsibilities

    • Provide implementation and support for OBIA Financials module or equivalent; evaluation of additional analytical modules such as Procurement and Spending, and Projects; implementation and support for the ODI ETL; and migration of historical information from the existing TFDW to the new service provider’s environment.
    • Support OBIA, OBIEE, and APEX report development, to include development of Reporting Artifacts such as functional and technical requirements documentation, validation materials.
    • Support modification of existing reporting structures based upon the new financial system data structures.
    • Develop Project Fit/Gap Analysis document.
    • Develop a Reporting Plan and Schedule.
    • Update the existing OBIA Installation Guide.


    • 5-7 years of  relevant work experience
    • Functional systems accounting experience in the Federal budget and execution processes (e.g., knowledge of budgetary flows, accounting practices, and general USSGL structures)
    • Experience with implementing Oracle U.S. Federal Financial Analytics in an OFF Release 12.2 environment
    • Have knowledge in all facets of the OBIEE architecture to include WebLogic user account maintenance (in an Oracle Identity Manager/SSO ADFS environment), maintenance of the OBIEE METADATA Metadata structures, and OBIEE optimization
    • Have experience designing, implementing, and modifying both standard and COTS Dashboards (analysis objects and reports)
    • Have experience creating/modifying BI Publisher reports
    • Possess a strong background in OBIA/ODI ETL implementation and modifications – capable of modifying ETL capabilities to solve identified gaps in the COTS product.
    • Experience developing and supporting use of the Oracle APEX tool.
    • Possess In-depth knowledge of both the OFF R12.2 data structures and the OBIA data warehouse metadata; maintenance of the OBIA data warehouse and enhancements to the data structures.
    • Experience working with 2 terabytes of data.
