  • Overview

    DLA Enterprise Business System (EBS) Portfolio requires continued contractor support for Configuration Management (CM); Systems Engineering (SE); Enterprise Architecture (EA); Project Management (PM); and Lifecycle Program Support Services. This support will assist EBS in pre and post milestone support.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representative Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
    • Prepare the Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout the Task Order execution.
    • Provide a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education:

    • BS or BA required. Masters degree preferred. 

    Minimum Requirement:

    • Must have Project Management certification (i. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.); plus at least five (5) years relevant experience
    • Five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with Masters degree or Nine (9) years relevant experience and 9 years of leadership experience with Bachelors degree with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
    • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
