  • Overview

    The SAP SME will lead teams and engineers to handle the day to day delivery and maintanence of OLC for TSA. The ability to work effectively within a large, highly structured organisation is vital.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include: Online Learning Center (OLC) System, Content, and End-user support providing LTMS content and end-user support services. These shall include but not be limited to the following:

    1. Provide Tier 5 and Tier 2 helpdesk support during the hours of operation
    2. Provide system troubleshooting efforts for OLC’s training IT infrastructure, including assisting end users and working with TSA representatives to resolve system and application issues
    3. Manage various service level issues to ensure proper coverage and problem resolution
    4. Document and track troubleshooting actions used to resolve issues
    5. Manage the intake process for new and revised training content for the LTMS
    6. Troubleshoot intake forms for missing or contradictory information
    7. Receive and test Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) to determine usability within the OLC environment
    8. Review alternative forms of online content for compatibility
    9. Support and coordinate the monthly Skillsoft item update process
    10. Coordinate the introduction of new or updated online content in the LTMS by loading the content on the content management server
    11. Ensure tight integration between the content management server and the item definition within the LTMS
    12. Create OLC training content item definitions and linkages (content objects)
    13. Provide any additional training and website management support necessary to meet Website Management best practices as required
    14. Support system administration efforts of the LTMS IT infrastructure
    15. Design optimal methods for managing and recording training program results
    16. Investigate and recommend new functional talent management system options
    17. Match business processes to existing talent system capabilities
    18. Support OLC interactivity with external system connectors (HRAccess, EAMS, TRX)
    19. Manage (and troubleshoot as needed) OLC Administrator accounts and associated roles and workflows

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • Possess 3-5 Years of SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management, Learning and Development Version 1508 and Later (1708)
    • Ability to serve as SAP SuccessFactors Functional SME for LMS
    • 15 Years of IT Experience
    • Experience working with DHS, TSA Preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of experience configuring and supporting SuccessFactors LMS
    • 3 to 5 years providing user support – Service Desk to end users
    • SPHR certificate preferred
    • College Degree preferred
