The Project Manager is responsible for all Contractor work performed under this SOW, focusing on:

  • managing the project and focusing
  • on personnel,
  • the deliverable schedule, and
  • contract requirements.


The Project Manager will:

  • lead the stakeholder engagement and communications support areas.
  • be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
  • be one of the senior level employees provided by the Contractor for this work effort.



  1. Must have at least 10 years of experience as a senior level leader
  2. Successful track record of managing projects and staff
  3. Successful track record following deliverable schedules
  4. Successful track record achieving contract requirements
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  6. Read, write, speak and understand English
  7. PMP desired

Data Architect

  1. 5 years as a data architect
  2. Proficiency with using and maintaining DHS EA Information Repository, Mobius
  3. Proficiency with Data modeling tool, Erwin
