  • Responsibilities

    Provides phone, email, and in-person support to users in area which include e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications. Serves as the initial point of contact for troublesheeting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems. 


    • An active Secret clearance or higher is required
    • Must have 4 years experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end users 
    • Experience working for DHS is strongly preferred
