  • Overview

    Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the management and the performance of several high-level Administrative Support requirements concurrently.
    • Directly supports Program Manager or Project Manager by maintaining personnel and other files; prepares correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel.
    • Assists in the preparation of presentations and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports by developing and updating presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of the documents.
    • Responsible for integrating the presentation generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents.
    • Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests
    • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings.
    • Manages multiple responsibilities in a demanding operational environment that supports multiple time zones in the Pacific

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements

    • Three (3) years' experience working in Defense Logistics Agency office administration and developing reports/graphics
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
    • High School Diploma with at least four (4) years of relevant experience
