  • Responsibilities

    (a) Role of Management and Program Analyst Team Leader over a team of Management and Program Analysts charged with the review and appropriate handling of electronically submitted tips to the FBI from external sources, or other similar duties as assigned;
    (b) Ensures all work products are meeting expectations and are in accordance with this SOW, other applicable FBI policy guides and quality assurance plans;
    (c) In coordination with the FBI, ensures all contract staff work hours are in accordance with work load demands;
    (d) In general, interact and collaborate seamlessly with FBI personnel as required; and,
    (e) Proficiently performs all task outlined above including providing oversight, direction, instructions, and guidance to all contract staff.

    Qualifications

    ***Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Required for Consideration***
    (f) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in criminal justice, accounting, or a social science;
    (g) Minimum of five years work experience and three years supervisory experience in a professional environment;
    (h) Capable of typing 45 words per minute;
    (i) General knowledge of law enforcement or criminal justice procedure;
    (j) Proficient in extracting information from social media (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms);
    (k) Proficiency and comfort working with computers; and,
    (l) Proficient in reading comprehension and analysis.
