  • Responsibilities

    • Role of this position will be the team leader over a team of Management and Program Analysts charged with the review and appropriate handling of electronically submitted tips to the FBI from exteneral sources or other similar duties.
    • Ensures all work products are meeting expectations and are in accordance with FBI policy guides and quality assurance plans
    • In coordination with the FBI or Contract Supervisor, ensures Management and Program Analyst work hours are in accordance with workload demands
    • Interact and collaborate seamlessly with FBI personnel as required
    • Proficiently performs all tasks including direction, instructions and guidance to Management and Program Analysts.

    Qualifications

    **Active Top Secret is required for consideration**

    1) Bachelor's Degree, preferably in criminal justice, accounting, or a social science, or equivalent experience (4 years of work experience in a professional environment)

    2) Minimum of 5 years work experience with one year project management experience

    3) Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing and word processing skills

    4) General knowledge of law enforcement or criminal justice procedures

    5) Proficient in extracting information from social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

    6) Proficiency and comfort working with computers and proficeny in reading comprehension and analysis
