  • Overview

    The Project Manager shall perform as functional program manager and be responsible to oversee program management, reporting, user training, filing mail, retrieving and returning files to the shelf, inventory records, boxing records for shipment, inventory records.


    Responsible for all project acitvities, administrative and programmatic and ensures deadlines are met. Determines and monitors budget and human resources requirements. managing and leading no more than 40 personnel managing performance, administrative, and scheduling matters.

    With guidance from the Government, the SC will issue work assignments, investigate documents, rectify work quality issues and be responsible to manage execution of the overall performance under this Task Order. Able to develop subject matter expertise and sought to be the expert on operation processing and filing related issues.


    Work will be on site at several locations in Alexandria, Winchester, and Frederick County depending on needs. (Alexandria Records Center (ARC) Interim Central Records Complex (ICRC), and Central Records Complex (CRC))


    • Active Top Secret Clearance
    • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
    • Minimum 5 years experience in information and records management applications with particular expertise involving records inventory management systems/applications administration
    • Records program experience should include development, data integrity maintenance, space maangement, records type strcutre, and data retrieval.
    • Handle workflow (near real-time) and be actively engaged in ensuring that the bottlenecks get resolved without causing work stoppages.
    • Posses/develop the expertise of working in platform/warehouse operations and making recomendations for efficiencies.
