The candidate shall provide support and continued maintenance of the TSA Strategic Plan and the TSA annual IT report which provide direct connections between the IT Strategic Plan, TSA/DHS budget requests, TSA’s enterprise architectural effort, and Congressional appropriations. These documents help provide the linkage between the TSA annual goals and the CIO’s annual goals. The performance plan guides the formulation and execution of the budget and informs decision-making throughout the organization.
In support of IT Strategic Planning, the candidate shall provide expert advice, conduct and document broad based analyses, facilitation support and assessment of various TSA IT initiatives to support ongoing strategic organizational planning and development. Tasks include but are not limited to:
