Must be capable of performing duties as both the Program Manager and Technical IT Manager. PM must be able to provide technical IT consulting, ideas and bug remediation consulting that assists the Program Office meet management's vision and requirements.
i. Ability to support a high-tempo, agile environment with continuous bug remediation and enhancements in various stages of execution.
iii. Analyze business requirements to solve complex problems for bug fixes and expanding features.
iv. Design, develop, enhance, test, document, debug, and implement software enhancements and changes, based on requirements. Follow TSA/NIST/FISMA standards to ensure security compliance. Perform unit testing and debugging and support SIT test efforts.
v. Support and troubleshoot SharePoint 2013 Server Farm, SharePoint Workflow, IIS web servers, SQL Server database, Active Directory (AD), streaming media server, content delivery system, account management system, notification system, registration system, and dual-factor authentication system.
vi. Support the publishing of content including article, exercise, and system data.
vii. Create, manage, and deploy code packages utilizing Visual Studio.
