  • Overview

    Must be capable of performing duties as both the Program Manager and Technical IT Manager.  PM must be able to provide technical IT consulting, ideas and bug remediation consulting that assists the Program Office meet management's vision and requirements.  


    • The application, systems, servers, network, and datacenter already has a three-year Authority to Operate (ATO). The contractor shall maintain the ATO through TSA’s System Accreditation and Certification process. The process includes development of a System Security Plan, server hardening, testing, and scanning, vulnerability mitigation, TSA security auditor on-site testing, and ongoing scanning and monitoring via the ISVM program. The contractor shall coordinate efforts toward obtaining a new ATO prior to the current ATO’s expiration.
    • Perform ISSO / Information Security services.
    • Bug Remediation and System Enhancement The contractor shall: 

    i. Ability to support a high-tempo, agile environment with continuous bug remediation and enhancements in various stages of execution.

    ii. Support the ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the EXIS systems and subsystems comprised of customized Microsoft SharePoint applications utilizing technologies including customized web parts, C#, JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, SharePoint API, SharePoint Workflow, Telerik, Spire, CSS, HTML, XML, PowerShell, Visual Studio, CAML, LINQ, SQL, and AJAX.

    iii. Analyze business requirements to solve complex problems for bug fixes and expanding features.               

    iv. Design, develop, enhance, test, document, debug, and implement software enhancements and changes, based on requirements. Follow TSA/NIST/FISMA standards to ensure security compliance. Perform unit testing and debugging and support SIT test efforts.

    v. Support and troubleshoot SharePoint 2013 Server Farm, SharePoint Workflow, IIS web servers, SQL Server database, Active Directory (AD), streaming media server, content delivery system, account management system, notification system, registration system, and dual-factor authentication system.

    vi. Support the publishing of content including article, exercise, and system data.

    vii. Create, manage, and deploy code packages utilizing Visual Studio.



    • MA/MS degree in Information Systems Management or a related field (preferred)
    • Must possess or be in process of acquiring a SECRET clearance.
    • Preferred PMP, CISSP and/or CAP certification
