  • Overview

    The Technical Project Manager will provide overall project management support for the contract applying project management principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex Information and Data Architecture development with significant experience using enterprise architecture tools.


    Project Management:

    • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
    • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
    • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. 
    • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. 
    • Provide a Project Plans, Weekly accomplishments, planned work, issues, and risks.


    Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Developing data repositories.
    • Identifying EA-related information.
    • Automating data feeds into EA repositories.
    • Implementing best practices in digital rights management, enterprise metadata and taxonomy approaches, enterprise search and browse capabilities, role and policy based access, enterprise data warehouse and analytics decisions, critical information protection, deduplication, standard reference data, updated enterprise information and data standards, and identification of authoritative and trusted data sources.
    • Creating enterprise information/data views.
    • Developing data asset catalogs.
    • Identifying data sets for practical applications of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
    • Conducting pilots to test ML/AI tools.


    • Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • EA data management experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
