  • Overview

    Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer, the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.


    • Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
    • Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. 
    • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
    • Oversees all aspects of projects.
    • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. 
    • Requires the Level-appropriate degree and years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of tasks.
    • Leads and directs the work of others.
    • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 


    • Must have a B.A or a B.S
    • PMP or equivalent certification
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing data governance or web-based information technology development project
    • US citizenship is required along with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
