    TMR, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager (PMO) to carry out responsibilities for direction, management, governance, and oversight of all IT infrastructure operations function and activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing Master Project Schedule.
    • Oversight and enhancement of PMO.
    • Source of guidance and advice for project managers.
    • Preparing projects plans with Team Leads and monitoring the status of all projects from cradle to grave.
    • Ensuring deliverables met all scheduled timeframes.
    • Preparing briefing/presentation documents for senior executive management and able to brief.
    • Preparing charter plans and executing them.
    • Leverage industry best proactive of process/procedures to achieve optimum performance in all Task Areas.
    • Support and enhance Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) across.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
    • PMP certification.
    • ITIL v3 certification.
    • 10+ years of program management experience.
    • Experience working in environment practicing CMMI and ISO methodologies.
    • Strong attention to quality and detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
