    TMR, Inc. is looking for an entry-level Contracts Administrator to support a growing team. The ideal candidate will be a recent college student with a career goal in federal acquisitions.

    Responsibilities

    • Functions in an entry-level capacity providing general cradle-to-grave contract administration and contracting support.
    • Responsible for gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources including tracking and creating/maintaining spreadsheets.
    • Support functions may include acquisition planning, offer/proposal analysis, solicitation preparation, clarifications, market research/analysis, selection and administration of terms and conditions, preparation of memorandums, preparation of contract modifications, cost/price analysis, evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract close-out.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Contracts Administration.
    • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment.
    • Excellent computer skills with accuracy and speed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Reliable, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong organizational skills.
    • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle stressful situations with the highest integrity.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

     

    Desired Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
