  • Overview

    TMR, Inc. is looking for a Remedy System Administrator to support a client in Ft. Lee. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and/or team lead experience, a technical background in Linux administration with at least 1-2 recognized Linux certifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops and maintains custom applications and BMC ITSM 9 applications within a DOD environment.
    • Conducts BMC Discovery integration to CMDB as well as Asset Management, Contract Management, and Configuration Management.
    • Conducts business requirements gathering, process flow identification and development into Remedy workflow. 

    Qualifications

    Minimum Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT or IS.
    • Sec+ CE cert is required to start.
    • At least 6 years of experience with Remedy ARS.
    • At least 2 years of experience with BMC Discovery/ADDM/
    • Remedy 9 experience with knowledge of Smart Reporting, MS SQL Server, and direct SQL work. 
    • Continual process improvement mindset with development efforts.
    • Candidate must be able to pass a background check that will result in the issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

     

    Desired Experience:

    • Mobile Reach experience.
    • Training/Certification in RSP (accredited, certified, or work experience equivalent to 10 years)
