    TMR, Inc. seeks a Technical Lead to support a client in Alexandria, VA.

    Responsibilities

    • The Technical Lead will provide support in the following areas:
      • (1) Risk Management Framework Support (All NIST Related Activities for all client's Internally Hosted Systems), (2) Vulnerability and Compliance Scanning and Analysis, (3) Threat Analysis and Advanced Penetration Testing, (4) Cyber security program management, project management, data calls, security policies & procedures including privacy impact analysis, (5) Security Architect and Engineering for advanced security analysis, and (6) Cyber Security Authorization for contractor and cloud hosted systems
    • Daily responsibilities include client interaction, customer support and resolving common issues.
    • Supports all aspects of the project.
    • Completes project tasks within specified time frame.
    • Assigned to Master Systems which include Patents, Trademarks, Financial, and Network Security Infrastructure (NSI).

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 7 years of experience of system(s) functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures is preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of Windows and Linux based Operating Systems, networking (TCP/IP, Ports, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP), Switch / Router configuration, and Security.
    • Thorough understanding of NIST 800 series standards and guidelines, related Federal Laws, policies, memoranda and current best practices for Information Assurance and System Security.
    • Secret security clearance is required for key personnel.
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
