TMR, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Part-time) who shall be a single point of contact to the CO, COR and the PgM. The Project Manager hours shall not exceed 16% of a full time equivalent during any invoice period during the contract. 


  • Provide project management support to coordinate all investment support activities, including:
    • Meet with the PgM on a weekly basis to discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.
    • Provide monthly progress reports to the PgM.
    • Provide monthly itemized detailed invoices to the COR/CO.  
  • Ensure that all functional, training, technical procedures and procedures are well documented and provided to the PgM.
  • Responsible for all transition in and out activities.


  • The preferred qualifications for this position are the following:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Project Management Institute.
    • Five or more years of specific IT project management experience in managing enterprise-wide program.
  • Experience organizing, directing and coordinating the planning and production of contract/task order support activities.
  • Experience managing the client interface at a senior level of the client organization.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving requirements with an integrated, collaborative approach to the service solution and be able to manage and coordinate resources across the contract tasks to provide an efficient, cost-effective, coordinated solution to stakeholders.
  • United States citizenship required, with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
