Overview

 

TMR, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to assist the DHS Procurement Line of Business Chief with overseeing, defining, and measuring department-wide procurement activities and directing the development, implementation, and oversight of contracting policy and procedures. To oversee all contractor resources and supervise all contractor staff in the performance of work on this contract.

Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager will be the Central Point of contact of the Contracting Officer and the COR.
  • Responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Run weekly status meetings, track status of existing issues, and identify new issues and risks.
  • Conduct routine, on-going communications with the COR.
  • Provide updates on work in progress, discuss and resolve identified issues, and other matters which may arise.
  • Ensure team is fully staffed with appropriate skillset per labor category (LCAT) as defined in the Management Plan.
  • Establish a communication plan that provides effective, consistent, and clear communication to all key stakeholders such as customer, ADD, CO, COR, project team, and other contract teams.
  • Use vehicles for transparency, such as the Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and shall maintain the tool(s) with data so that reports and charts can be generated as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 3 years related work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Must be able to pass a DHS suitability background Investigation check.
