Overview

TMR Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support our client located in Alexandria VA. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to lead a program similar in size and complexity as the OCIO Service Desk.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire program for the Service Desk Task for both T1 and T2 functions and all associated teams.
  • Ensures that deliverables are provided and SLAs are adhered to.
  • Communicates with key government personnel including (but not limited to) the SDOD Director, Call Center Manager, COR and TOM.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fifteen (15) years of IT experience with at least ten (10) years’ experience in a management position; experience in planning, setting deadlines, leading and directing the work of others, monitoring project completion, as well as allocating people and resources to individual team/task order.
  • Holds the following ITIL Certifications: Foundation and Service Operations.
  • May hold one or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications. HDI Support Center Director and/or HDI Support Center Manager are preferred.
