TMR Inc. seeks a Quality Manager  to support our client in Alexandria VA. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team for a program similar in size and complexity as the OCIO Service Desk.


  • Develops and implements quality assurance procedures and corrective actions.
  • Analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends service improvements to address problems.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.


  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent.
  • Eight (8) years or more demonstrated experience in the field or in a managerial related area in which he or she has experience in managing SLA, quality policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices, to assure that the team of continuous performance to meet customer requirements.
  • One to three (1-3) years supervisory experience is required.
  • Holds the following ITIL Certifications: Foundation and Service Operations.
  • May hold one or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications.
  • Coaching Skills for Quality Support Certification, HDI Support Center Manager or HDI Support Center Team Lead Certification preferred.
