Overview

 

TMR Inc. seeks a Program Manager to provide security support services and overall management of a team of Cybersecurity professionals supporting the US Coast Guard.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the development and execution of programs
  • Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
  • Serves as point of contact with client, and performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, on a single project.
  • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports demonstrating project progress
  • Assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees successful contract/task order completion.
  • Ensures senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organization strategic vision

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 10 years of management level experience.
  • Education: Preferred Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited University in the field of Business, Law, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Secret Clearance of higher.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, project and time management; handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of continuous experience in the field of United States Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, and Information Technology (IT) Service Center (C4IT) engineering/logistics support and/ or management.
  • Minimum ten (10) Years’ Experience of progressive technical experience in the area of Information Technology and Information System Management.
