TMR Inc. seeks a Management Analyst I (Engagement Lead) to support our client located in Washington, DC.


  • Shall be responsible for providing qualified resources to conduct task activities and task management support for new and existing tasks, as well as ensuring the successful performance of all work under this contract.
  • Shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract, shall be authorized to perform work and deploy resources on behalf of the contractor, and will have the ability/means to provide key contractual and financial information to the CFPB. 
  • Provide proactive strategic advice to clients, manage internal resources and finances, and report on key metrics like budget utilization, resource constraints, project issues/risks, etc. via standard tools and dashboards. 
  • Shall serve as the primary quality assurance expert, working with contractor resources to ensure that deliverables and services are provided at the highest level of quality. 
  • Shall communicate regularly with clients (COR, and others as appropriate) to proactively estimate future service needs and react accordingly, and maintain a pipeline of skilled resources, such that CR teams can leverage these as necessary


  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Management and Strategy, Public Policy, Financial Regulation, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related fields of study.
  • Minimum Experience Requirements: minimum of eight (8) years of general experience relevant to the Statement of Work, to include program/project management (e.g., financial planning and reporting; issue resolution; and client communications), operational planning, business, and operational performance management and measurement, process management and process redesign using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMI methodology PMBOK) organizational change management, and Program and Project Management focused on operational transformation.
  • Preferred Experience and Certification(s): Experience performing similar work requirements for government financial regulators (e.g., SEC, FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, FRB, NCUA, HUD) and/or financial services organizations (e.g., banks, credit unions, etc.).
  • The following certifications are considered preferable, but not required:
    • Lean, Six Sigma
    • Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
    • Certification in organizational change management (e.g. Prosci or CMMP)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP)
    • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
    • Certified Project Manager (IAPM)
    • Professional in Project Management (GAQM
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • CompTIA Project+
