Overview

TMR Inc. seeks a Management Functional Specialist II (Business Analyst) to support our client located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Shall develop, write, organize, collect, edit, and produce a wide variety of artifacts to support project execution.
  • Artifacts include business cases, requirements, training content, system specifications, proposals, analytical reports, or any other deliverable and document for a wide range of uses in coordination with CR Team.
  • Will work in close coordination with the COR, project sponsors, business SMEs, and the task Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • United States citizenship required.
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant general experience in operational planning, business and operational performance management and measurement, process management and process redesign using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), organizational change management, and Program and Project Management focused on operational transformation is required.
    • In to, or concurrently with the general experience requirement, a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience directly related to the development of operational plans, planning, management, and evaluation of new business capabilities and capability improvements, and complex management analyses (related to issue management and operational risk management) is required.
  • Preferred Experience and Certification(s): Experience performing similar work requirements for government financial regulators (e.g., SEC, FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, FRB, NCUA, HUD) and/or financial services organizations (e.g., banks, credit unions, etc.).
  • The following certifications are considered preferable, but not required:
    • Lean, Six Sigma
    • Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
    • Certification in organizational change management (e.g. Prosci or CMMP)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP)
    • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
    • Certified Project Manager (IAPM)
    • Professional in Project Management (GAQM
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • CompTIA Project+
