Overview

TMR, Inc. is looking for Help Desk Support for a client in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and customer service skills and be able to assist users in understanding JustGrants System. 

Responsibilities

Asssist users with account or logging on to the system, and who are not able to resolve the issue using the Self-Service Support

Qualifications

REQUIRED: 

  • At least 1 year of call center support or customer service experience.

  • United States citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
  • Able to assist users based on detailed information provided

PREFERRED: 

  • Preferred: Experienced in MS Office support, account management, as well as remote client assistance.
  • Preferred: Proficient with ticket management and escalation using Helpdesk database systems.
