Overview
Provide web development, graphics design, to include marketing and branding products, and SharePoint design and maintenance
Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, develop, and implement improvements to SharePoint 2013 sites and sub sites.
Maintain and augment web sites to include daily updates to application functionality.
Perform SharePoint Site Collection Services.
Assess and recommend improvements to and deliver an updated version of the SharePoint Security Model.
Create, modify and development of site templates.
Monitor SharePoint sizing and usage limitations, to include developing and implementing solutions to avoid sizing threshold breaches and site performance problems.
Perform SharePoint Central Administration Services that are necessary for the support and security of sites.
Perform liaison activities with Enterprise IT User Facing Services system administration farm team.
Perform SharePoint Site Administrative Services
Designing and organizing the content and layout of sites and sub-sites
Perform SharePoint Content Management Services including
Perform SharePoint Configuration Management and Governance Services
Provide informational SharePoint Brown Bag sessions
Develop a Bi-monthly Work Plans
Support the JIRA Kanban process and SharePoint project inputs and status updates.
Maintain configuration control of site collection and inventory of site collection assets.
Maintain a script and workflow library.
Configure sites to approved specific user requirements.
Manage and coordinate site collection changes and problem resolution
Coordinate and develop testing of automated processes and workflows
Develop and implement improvements to the SharePoint 2013 web presence
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advance experience working with SharePoint 2013
Advance experience working with SharePoint 2013 Metadata Term Store
Advance experience working with SharePoint 2013 Central Administration
Advance experience working with Nintex workflows and forms
Intermediate experience using the SharePoint Designer application
Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud 2018
Intermediate experience with InfoPath applications
Intermediate experience with Tableau applications
Intermediate experience with HTML, XML, JAVA, and PowerShell applications
DESIRED:
SharePoint Certification.
Previous experience supporting NGA
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION:
REQUIRED: HS Diploma and 12 years of experience; Associates Degree and 10 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of experience; PhD and 4 years of experience
