The One23Group/TMR, Inc., a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a Systems Engineer - Journeyman

• Perform the Desktop Engineering Support service for the entire JMD from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, which include troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware and software, performing ticket documentation and quality assurance checks of assigned tickets.
• Design and implement and manage Workstation Desktop OS images and deploy Group Policy Objects and STIGS through the use of Microsoft management tools such as SCCM and SCOM.
• Responsible for patching and updating workstation OS from Microsoft, Adobe, and other applications.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Avocor collaboration tools and Microsoft Surface Hubs desired
• PowerShell scripting and experience with Splunk Remote connectivity software desired
• Remote connectivity software desired
• Remote management deployment tools (SCCM/SCOM) desired

• Desired, but not required - any of the following (or other relevant training, education, and/or certification):

  • ITIL Foundation

  • A+: CompTIA Certified (Computer Hardware/Software) Professional

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

• DESIRED: PowerShell scripting and experience with Splunk
• Must have a must have a minimum active Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required
