The One23Group/TMR, Inc., a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a Network Systems Administrator, Journeyman. 

• Manage high-volume (more than 1M messages per day) SMTP relays.
• Manage the Proofpoint mail security system Diagnose mail delivery issues through several layers of security using only logs.
• Monitor and manage mail routing using an LDAP directory.
• Perform inspections with the Bluecoat Proxy SG and SSL inspection systems.
• Diagnose user connectivity issues using logs.
• Work with partner entities providing in-depth IT investigations.
• Work with partner entities modifying policies on IT systems.
• Monitor and manage Infoblox DNS system as well as general BIND/DNS functionality.
• Utilize the Xymon monitoring system
• Configure Xymon and creating new monitoring modules.
• Use Xymon to investigate problems Perform Dynatrace and SNMP-based monitoring.
• Maintain archival logging for network systems.
• Implement a Zscaler Zero Trust solution for TIC 3.0 deployment.
• Manage with Bluecoat IPAM. Administer and manage Unix/Linux operating systems.

• 3-5 years' of relevant IT experience.
• 4 years' experience in Network Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Security
• Experience in analyzing networks and understanding of Cisco switching, routing, firewalls, Intrusion Detection System, and network management and monitoring including OPNET
• Experience and understanding of DNS, email, web, and file proxies
• Required - must possess at least one (1) of the following (or other relevant certification):

    • Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA)

    • CISSP (Associate)
      
    • Cloud+
      
    • IAT L3 or Higher
    • IAM L3 or Higher
• Desired qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must have a minimum active Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required)
