Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Performs IT benchmarking pre-assessment visit activities which include participating in and recording the results of customer interviews, evaluating responses from pre-assessment questionnaires and developing follow up questions for visit interviews. Provides Benchmarking Assessment visit support to include recording comments and feedback during subject matter expert interviews, collecting observations and generating an out-briefing presentation to senior J6 officials. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and creating a final report which includes bservations, recommendations, and alternatives for best practices. Responsible for tracking status of assigned actions for both best practices and IT service improvement opportunities. Develops and delivers IT benchmarking standard operating procedures, processes, templates, examples, checklists, tools and policies for inclusion in a process library to support the advancement of the IT benchmarking program.
Leads projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems. Performs dayto-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
This position is off site but will require lots of travel to DC & Philadelphia.
The PM will oversee the modernization efforts of the ASSIST database. ASSIST serves as the official repository of all specifications and standards maintained within the Defense Standardization Program (DSP). Through ASSIST, DoD is able to maintain centralized control over the physical and electronic storage, indexing, cataloging, printing and distribution of Military Specifications and Standards, and related standardization documents

- 5+ years of experience with Information Security
- 4+ years of experience performing penetration testing
- 4+ years of experience performing cyber red teaming and blue teaming assessments
- Understanding of Perimeter Defense, password cracking, firewall evasion, intrusion detection, obtaining the flag
- Experience with network security audits
- Knowledge of Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) infrastructure
- Experience with the latest hacking toolkits to perform a covert attack
- Recent experience with Incident Response and Vulnerability Management
- Experience with Windows10 in a virtual environment, Cyber Red Teaming, Cyber Blue Teaming, White Cells, ArcSight, HBSS, Retina, Websense, Cyber Forensics, Cloud Computing, ICS/SCADA Security, Malware Analysis or Command Cyber Readiness Inspections
Security Administrator/Engineer to assist in the management of and administrative support for our corporate network infrastructure. Primary responsibilities will consist of configuring implementing and maintaining network devices, perform monitoring and troubleshooting functions, as well as, providing health assessment, capacity and performance metrics to IT management.
The Project Analyst will be responsible for creating and meeting milestone schedules, drafting vendor delivery documents, coming up with accurate requirements, estimates and preparing technical summary reports for management. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time.
The Program Manager will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the Special Operations Command Consolidate Service Desk. Knowledge of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission and objectives required.
